We offer a 30-day return window. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In its original condition and packaging
- Returned with proof of purchase
Return Reasons & Shipping Responsibility
Returns generally fall into two categories:

In these situations, Woddey will cover return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
2. Customer Preference / Change of Mind
If the return is due to personal reasons, such as:

- Incorrect item or quantity ordered
- No longer needing the product
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Inspection Upon Delivery

Items Eligible for Return or Refund
You may qualify for a refund or replacement if:

- Items not returned in original condition or packaging
If a non-eligible item is returned, return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation.
