As a lighting-focused brand with a coordinated international fulfillment network, Woddey is committed to delivering every fixture safely, efficiently, and transparently.

Delivery Regions

Woddey ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, the Middle East, Russia, and most European countries.

Additional shipping fees may apply for remote or special regions (such as Iceland). Any applicable charges will be calculated automatically at checkout before payment confirmation.

At this time, we do not ship to Ukraine. We appreciate your understanding.

Global Logistics & Warehousing

To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, Woddey operates a coordinated global supply chain supported by warehouses and logistics partners across multiple regions. Depending on inventory availability, orders may ship from the United States, Europe, or Asia.

We currently operate warehouse facilities in the United States, Europe, and Asia to better serve our international customers.

Delivery estimates may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or local carrier operations.

  • Order Preparation: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Customized or made-to-order lighting fixtures may require additional preparation time. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Shipping Methods: Standard Shipping is provided free of charge. We ship via trusted international carriers such as DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS, or local postal services depending on destination.
  • Split Shipments: If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses to reduce delivery time. Separate tracking numbers will be provided where applicable.

Shipping Costs

Woddey offers free Standard Shipping on eligible orders. No additional shipping charges apply at checkout for Standard Shipping.

Expedited Shipping is available upon request for faster delivery. Expedited fees are not included in free shipping and must be paid by the buyer.

Expedited shipping costs vary depending on destination, package size, and carrier availability. Exact fees will be clearly displayed at checkout or confirmed prior to order processing.

Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has shipped, as these fees are paid directly to the courier.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s) will be sent. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Address Changes & Liability

Due to our efficient order processing system, we maintain the following address change policy:

  • Within 2 Calendar Days: Address changes may be requested free of charge within 2 calendar days of order placement.
  • After 2 Days: Changes cannot be guaranteed. If the shipment has been collected by the carrier, rerouting fees may apply. If rerouting fees are declined and the package is returned, related costs may be deducted from the refund.

Expedited Shipping

For urgent deliveries, expedited options via DHL or UPS Express are available with estimated delivery of 6–10 business days. Please contact us for availability before placing your order.

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once shipped.

Delivery Issues & Shipping Protection

  • Damaged in Transit: If your lighting fixture arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund as appropriate.
  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, please initiate a carrier investigation within 7 days. Once officially confirmed lost (excluding theft after confirmed delivery), we will reship at no additional cost.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you may choose to pay for re-shipping or receive a refund.

Tariffs, Import Taxes & Duties

For U.S. Customers:
For Standard Shipping, Woddey covers applicable import duties and related charges unless clearly indicated otherwise at checkout.

If Expedited Shipping is selected, customs authorities may assess additional duties or fees, which will be the buyer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise.

For International Customers:
For Standard Shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, and most European Union countries, import duties and VAT are typically included unless otherwise specified at checkout.

For Standard Shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, and most European Union countries, applicable import duties and VAT are covered by Woddey unless otherwise clearly displayed at checkout.

Shipping Exclusions

We currently do not ship to all African countries, all South American countries, or certain regions including Afghanistan, India, Iraq, and selected island territories due to logistical or regulatory limitations.
