Woddey ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, the Middle East, Russia, and most European countries. Total delivery time consists of order processing time plus shipping transit time.

Additional shipping fees may apply for remote or special regions (such as Iceland). Any applicable charges will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to Ukraine.
- Shipping is unavailable to certain regions including some African and South American countries, Afghanistan, India, Iraq, and selected island territories due to logistical or regulatory limitations.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 1–3 business days for the carrier to display the first tracking update.
You may track your shipment via the carrier’s official website or through third-party tracking services such as 17TRACK.
Note: If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouse locations. Separate tracking numbers will be provided where applicable.

Returns and Refunds
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. Please contact us promptly if you require assistance.
2. Return Eligibility
Woddey provides a 30-day return policy. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In its original condition and packaging
- Returned with proof of purchase
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can provide an appropriate resolution.
In such cases, Woddey will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund as applicable.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Light bulbs or consumable accessories
- Items not returned in original condition or packaging
5. Refund Timeline
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

1. Lamp Dimming
Dimming capability varies by product model. Please refer to the specifications listed on the individual product page for accurate information. If you require confirmation or customization, please contact us prior to placing your order.
2. Cable Length
Standard suspension cable length is approximately 100–150 cm. Extended cable lengths (up to 800 cm) may be available upon request at no additional cost. Please leave a note at checkout or contact us in advance if you require customization.
3. Voltage Compatibility
All lighting fixtures are supplied according to the voltage standards of the destination country:
- 110V–120V: United States, Canada, Mexico, etc.
- 220V–240V: United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, and most other regions
