Shipping Availability & Delivery Time
Woddey currently ships within the United States only. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. Total delivery time consists of order processing time plus shipping transit time.

Shipping Cost: Free Standard Shipping
Shipping Method: Standard Shipping via trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or local postal services.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Customized or made-to-order lighting fixtures may require additional preparation time.
Estimated Delivery Time (after dispatch)
- United States: 7–12 business days
Delivery estimates may vary due to weather conditions, carrier operations, or other logistical factors.
Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses to reduce delivery time. Separate tracking numbers will be provided where applicable.
Expedited Shipping
For urgent deliveries, expedited shipping via UPS Express may be available with an estimated delivery time of 4–7 business days. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
Expedited shipping fees are not included in free shipping and must be paid by the buyer.
Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Address Changes & Liability
Due to our efficient order processing system, we maintain the following address change policy:
- Within 2 calendar days: Address changes may be requested free of charge within 2 calendar days of order placement.
- After 2 days: Changes cannot be guaranteed. If the shipment has already been collected by the carrier, rerouting fees may apply.
- If rerouting fees are declined and the package is returned, related costs may be deducted from the refund.
Delivery Issues & Shipping Protection
Damaged in Transit
If your lighting fixture arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund as appropriate.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, please initiate a carrier investigation within 7 days. Once officially confirmed lost (excluding theft after confirmed delivery), we will reship at no additional cost.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you may choose to pay for re-shipping or receive a refund in accordance with our return and refund policy.
Tariffs, Import Taxes & Duties
For customers in the United States, orders shipped using Standard Shipping generally include applicable import duties and related charges, which are covered by Woddey
If Expedited Shipping is selected, customs authorities may assess additional duties or fees, which will be the buyer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise.

Returns and Refunds
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. Please contact us promptly if you require assistance.
2. Return Eligibility
Woddey provides a 30-day return policy. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In its original condition and packaging
- Returned with proof of purchase
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can provide an appropriate resolution.
In such cases, Woddey will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund as applicable.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Light bulbs or consumable accessories
- Items not returned in original condition or packaging
5. Refund Timeline
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Product Information
1. Lamp Dimming
Dimming capability varies by product model. Please refer to the specifications listed on the individual product page for accurate information. If you require confirmation or customization, please contact us prior to placing your order.
2. Cable Length
Standard suspension cable length is approximately 100–150 cm. Extended cable lengths (up to 800 cm) may be available upon request at no additional cost. Please leave a note at checkout or contact us in advance if you require customization.
3. Voltage Compatibility
All Woddey lighting fixtures are configured for the United States voltage standard of 110V–120V.
